Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may refuse delivery or place a return request once it reaches you.
How do I cancel an order?
Simply log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the item, and click Cancel Order. You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once it’s done.
Can I modify my order instead of canceling it?
Currently, we don’t support modifications. You’ll need to cancel the order and place a new one with the updated selection.
When will I get my refund if I cancel my order?
if you cancel before dispatch, the refund will be initiated instantly and reflected in your original payment method within 5–7 business days(varies by bank/issuer).
What if my order is canceled by the brand?
In rare cases, if your order is canceled due to unforeseen reasons (out of stock, payment issues, etc.), you’ll be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
